PHANTH BOONJOB RECEIVED HIS M.A. IN RENAISSANCE STUDIES FROM ICONOGRAPHIC
BUDDHIST SCHOOL BANGKOK, THAILAND IN 1980 AND HIS PH.D. WITH DISTINCTION IN CLASSICAL ARCHAEOLOGY FROM THE INSTITUTE OF ARCHAEOLOGY, ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF THE INDIA, IN 1989 WITH A DISSERTATION ENTITLED TERRA COTTA PLASTIC ART OF BACTRIA-TOKHARISTAN IN ANTIQUE AND EARLY MEDIEVAL AGE.
HIS RESEARCH INTERESTS INCLUDE THE ARCHAEOLOGY OF CENTRAL ASIA OF THE HELLENISTIC AND POST-HELLENISTIC PERIODS, ART HISTORY OF BACTRIA AND SOGDIANA IN THE ANCIENT PERIOD, NUMISMATICS OF THE HELLENISTIC AND KUSHAN PERIODS OF BACTRIA AND SOGDIANA, BUDDHIST ART OF CENTRAL ASIA, NOMADISM OF CENTRAL ASIA, TERRA COTTA SCULPTURE OF BACTRIA IN THE ANTIQUE AND EARLY MEDIEVAL PERIODS, AND GLYPTIC ART OF BACTRIA AND SOGDIANA.
      พุทธรัฐ: คือวัชราภรณ์อันวิเศษ  ที่คอยหุ้มห่อ  และประคบประคับประครองมนุษย์ชาติให้ ก้าวเดินสู่หนทางแห่งความผาสุก   จึงเป็นแกนและแก่นการปฏิรูปสังคมให้เกิดความเข้มแข็ง ถูกต้องและเป็นธรรมก้บทุกส่วนที่เป็นคุณค่าทางกายและจิตร สำนึกสติให้เกิดปัญญาสู่การนำพาสังคม ชุมชนเพื่อเป็นแนวทางเศรษฐกิจ  ให้มีสมรรถนะ  มีความเอื้ออาทรต่อกันและกันอย่างราบรื่น ด้วยฐานะมั่นคงในยุค สังคมเปลี่ยนแปลง อย่างรวดเร็ว ฝึกฝนอบรมประพฤติปฏิบัติให้ซึมซับ ในจิตสำนึก  จะเกิดสมฤทธิผลดีต่อมนุษย์ชาติทั่วโลก ฯ

  Buddharath Pilgrimis a non-profit organization situationed in Bangkok,Thailand found and first emerged in 2006 by group of Buddhist disciples who believe in the teachings of Buddha to maintain as a meeting venue for groups or individuals who are interested in Buddhism.

  Buddharath Pilgrim aims at exposing   the wisdom of Buddhism via sophisticate technologyto the modern world.The principal intention is to promote, propagate and preserve the ancient heritage, as well as increasing an awareness and understanding of the many aspects of the Buddhists teachings and philosophy beyond the cultures and tradings by providing an extensive curriculum of Buddhist studies and practice of religious,educational,cultural,and charitable purposes, To operate with reality and truth through Dhama (teaching of Buddhist philosophy).,

  To deliver the Dhamma  through social welfare network,cultural activities and moral education .To  promote humanitarian personalities and activities,to eliminate human negativity, and to purify the human's mind through Dhamma. To teach Buddhist culture,practice Theravada Buddhist meditation,establish a monastery for the Theravada Buddhist Monks ect.

•    Behavioral buddhism.   is based upon the noble eightfold path which integrates ethics, wisdom or understanding (pañña) and psychological practices such as meditation (bhavana, cultivation, development). Self-actualization in traditional Buddhism is based on the ideas of Nirvana and Buddhahood.

      Behavioral Buddhism studies the effects of psychological, cognitive, emotional, cultural and social factors on the Buddhism decisions of individuals and institutions and how those decisions vary from those implied by classical theory.

 Behavioral Buddhism is primarily concerned with the bounds of rationality of Buddhist agents. Behavioral models typically integrate insights from psychology, neuroscience and micro Buddhist theory.

• Buddhism; Could Now Be the 2nd Largest Spiritual Path with 1.6 Billion or 22% of the World’s Population According to Some Recent Studies.

Thus Buddhism addresses itself to all people irrespective of race, nationality, or gender. It teaches practical methods (such as meditation) which enable people to realise and utilise its teachings in order to transform their experience, to be fully responsible for their lives and to develop the qualities of Wisdom and Compassion.

• It is more recently that Buddhism in practice became worldwide due to three factors: (1) the importation of labor from China and Japan to USA in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, (2) the interest taken by an increasing body of intellectuals in Europe and Northern America who found Buddhism to be an alternative to Christianity and adopted it as their personal religion, and (3) the immigration of a multitude of ethnic Buddhists from. Tibet as a result of the ideological transformation of China, from Korea and Vietnam as a result of the two wars and from Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Taiwan due to expanding opportunities for economic improvement. As such Buddhism is the fastest growing religion

Dr.Phansak Boonyasopholphong. Ph.D has developed very good fraternal relations and friendships with the Buddhist teachers, monasteries and devotees of various countries of the World such as Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, America, Switzerland, Central Asia,Uzbekistan, etc. and also   with various Buddhist institutions.

       He participates in the Buddhist fraternity and conferences such as World Vesak Day, and World Buddhist Forum happening in these countries regularly as a representative from   Thailand which provides him the opportunity to develop corresponding relations with them.

       Participation in such fraternity contributes in the unity, harmony and development of Buddhism around the world through shared ideas, knowledge and experiences.
